10/21/12 - Found our little girl on RR - emailed for more information :)
10/24/12 - got confirmation from the Lord that we should pursue the adoption of F.
10/26/12 - emailed Faith Statement to Adoption Agency.
10/29/12 - copy of Marriage Certificate - ($5)
10/29/12 - Copy of The Dad's birth certificate - ($52.95)
10/30/12 - submitted electronically and mailed adoption application for F to agency.
                  ($36 courier, $200  application fee)
 11/1/12 - Adoption Application Approved!!!!  We are on our way!!!
11/1/12 - contacted Home Study agency and started background checks.
11/5/12 - mailed contract to RR for Family sponsorship page and grant - ($7 postage - $275 love gift)
11/7/12 - California background check for The Dad - per Hague regulations - ($15)
11/8/12 - couriered reference letter to my sister out of country for home study ($45)
11/10/12 - couriered contract for adoption agency with commitment fee ($32.60 courier, $2,000 c.f.)
11/12/12 - physicals for the The Dad and The Mom - ($40 copays)
11/13/12 - Fingerprints for required out of country background check ($10)
11/14/12 - couriered finger prints and application out of country for processing
                  ($42 courier, $25 background check fee)
11/28/12- Home study fee ($775)
12/5/12 - Online Required Hague Training - $150
12/28/12 - Copy of The Mom's Birth Certificate and Registration of Birth ($80.00 + $55.00 courier)
1/7/13 - 3 Certified Copies of Marriage Certificate for Dossier - $15.00
1/7/13 - Prepayment for 4 required post-placement reports to Homestudy agency - $1,000.00
1/9/13 - US CIS i800a application & biometric fingerprinting - $975 + 36.00 courier fee
1/16/13 - i800a accepted at US CIS Lockbox Facility!!!  Yahoo!!!!
1/28/13 - Biometrics appointments received.
1/28/13 - 33 documents turned in for apostilling at the Lt. Governors office - $495
1/29/13 - The Dad has biometrics done
1/30/13 - Mobile notary hired to redo The Mom's medical notarizations per requirement of
                 Lt.  Governor's office.- $40
2/1/13 - Mobile Notary hired to redo The Dad's medical notarizations per Lt. Gov. office - $40
2/1/13 - 6 documents turned in for apostilling at the Lt. Governor's office - $90
2/5/13 - The Mom and The Rocket Scientist have biometrics done.
2/7/13 - Dossier mailed to adoption agency - $5,996 due to agency/program at dossier submission
              + $69 courier fee.
3/22/13 - Received I800a approval from US CIS to adopt from a Hague Convention Country.
3/26/13 - Apostilling of True Copy letter for I797 - $65
3/27/13 - Dossier submitted to Fiona's Government Ministry
4/24/13 - Received and Accepted Fiona's official Referral!!!!!
5/2/13 - Received invitation to travel!!!
5/9/13 - Booked airline tickets - $3,950
5/9/13 - Forwarded to Agency for Fees for Facilitator - $5,471
5/13/13 - Deposit on apartment - $267 (200 Eur)
5/21/13 - Purchased Euros for Apartment payment - $2,049.19 (1,500 Euro)
5/30/13-7/2/2013 - First trip expenses - food/zoo/train/tram tickets/taxi/baggage fees/ - $2,400
8/1/2013 - Post-placement report - $225
9/1/2013 - 2nd Trip Fees - $2,693
